2nd Saturday of Each Month - Ladies' Tea (11am - 1:30pm) -- Come out and join us for some great food, great fellowship with your sisters in Christ, and some excellent spiritual nourishment! There will be a new topic and often a new speaker each month. Have something on your heart/mind to share with your sisters? We're always looking for volunteers to lead the monthly study.
Join us each Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. or Tuesday night at 6pm as we study the Word, verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter.
The purpose of the Women's Ministry is to train women through the Word to first love God “with all their heart, soul, strength, and mind, and to love their neighbors as themselves” (Luke 10:27). Each week, we desire to meet with Him (as we study) in order to apply the principles of His Word to our daily lives, and to pray with and encourage one another as we anxiously await His soon return.
Whoever you are (whether young, old, single, married, have children or not), God wants to reveal Himself to you. He promises that He has a specific, good plan for you (to give you a future and a hope) and that if you look for Him, you will indeed find Him (Jeremiah 29:11-13).
The Bible promises that “the Word of God is living and active and sharp and judges the thoughts and attitudes of our heart” (Hebrews 4:12). We trust that same Word to instruct us as to how to live our daily lives - our Basic Instruction Manual. Our ultimate desire is to learn to fear the Lord and to demonstrate His love to those around us: “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.” (Proverbs 31:26)
So come explore the Word with us, and “taste and see” that the Lord is good (Psalm 34:8). Through the instrument of the Word He promises to transform us all into the women we could only dream of.
